Delegate Resource Group, and Deploy Upsolver in Azure

Click the Service Providers icon on Azure's Home page.

In Azure's Service Provider window, click the Delegations button to open the Service Provider > Delegations dialog, then click +Add to add a Service Provider.

In the Service providers/Delegate resources dialog, select the Default Directory from first drop-down menu, then select Upsolver from the second drop-down menu.

In the same dialog, click the +Delegate resource groups option. In the pop-up pick-list select the Resource group (that you created earlier) from the list and click the Delegate Resources button.

When ready, click the "Delegate" checkbox and then the Delegate button in the Service providers > Delegate resources dialog

This takes a few minutes.
