UP20060 Unable to Connect

Possible Causes

Upsolver is unable to connect to the specified connection since it is not accessible for Upsolver or it is in a private network.

Possible Solutions

If you are connecting to a public service, please ensure Upsolver can access the service. Upsolver IP addresses can be found in your account under Settings > Security Information > Elastic IPs.

If you are connecting to a private network, please integrate your Upsolver account with your AWS account to allow private network access. See the guide to Deploy Upsolver on AWS for more information.
