UP20020 No Access to Database

Possible Causes

  • The error appears when the user does not have permission to create or access the specified database.

Possible Solutions

  • If the user runs on the cloud version of SQLake, the system only allows access to one database. From a worksheet in the SQLake UI, in the navigation tree under Entities, find the database name under the default_glue_catalog:

Entities tree in the Upsolver UI - you can view this from a worksheet.
  • If the user runs on an integrated environment on a private VPC, contact your system administrator to provide access to the database.
