The error appears when the user does not have permission to create or access the specified database.
If the user runs on the cloud version of SQLake, the system only allows access to one database. From a worksheet in the SQLake UI, in the navigation tree under Entities, find the database name under the default_glue_catalog:
If the user runs on an integrated environment on a private VPC, contact your system administrator to provide access to the database.
