Possible Causes

Upsolver is unable to connect to the specified connection since it is not accessible for Upsolver IP addresses.

Possible Solutions

Please ensure Upsolver IPs can access the service. Upsolver IP addresses can be found in your account under Settings > Security Information > Elastic IPs.
